My name is Adrian Sowiak, I am a third year apprentice chef, I have recently moved to the area and I have been cooking since I was 8 years old. Where was Junior Master Chef when I was a boy!
I love the intensity and atmosphere of a busy service and I am enjoying being a part of the kitchen team.
